Habit tracking is also amazing if you’re chronically ill or (like me) have adhd Being able to track if i took my medication in the morning, evening, and any supplements helps so much for me and my doctor and if you’re a woman it can be hard for doctors to take you seriously and tracking anything can help you to understand what is wrong or prove it is going on ! (I tend to have a monthly tracker that is for everything. like migraines, meds, hobbies, etc)
Oh I LOVE this!!!! That’s so so smart, having a record of symptoms would be so helpful - I might have to start doing that for my cycle before my next doc appointment! You totally inspired me to add in another monthly calendar for tracking!💛
@@lifewithhope If you’d want you could do a full year tracker too! I do that for things like my cycle too so i can see every month all at once (and you can always go back and log stuff if you have it noted somewhere like any apps) It’s been a game changer and another reason my filofax goes with me everywhere! It’s just handy to be able to note it and give yourself that peace of mind that it’s there!
