I used this hack but am facing problem about resolution. When u see preview or photo image u come to know camera picks smartphone resolution ur file may 30 mb or 40 mb. My all photo goes west. I cannot crop or no best resolution😢

I tried to connect monitor using app DSLR Controller, also via app Camera Connect, tried to detect camera using usb device, but it always says ' no usb device found'. I am unable to use my smartphone as monitor. Smartphone I have is: Redmi Note 5 pro DSLR: Canon EOS 1300 D

There doesn't seem to be a consistent or reliable way of using your phone as a field monitor. It seems like something that should be relatively simple, but it isn't apparently. It would be incredibly useful for so many people and would save people so much money. Bummer.
