A an older adult and trying to learn something new, the volume of the music is way too high. It over rides some of the verbal instruction. Please tone it down. I will need to watch this several times unless I can find a video that goes at a slower pace. Between trying to absorb a new technique and the music, I feel tense!

Great video. I can slow the video down in settings but why cant you go slower ? Also you do not need any music. Why do you even put it on? It takes away from the video production quality.

David - Everything seems to be set up okay, and the audio all works okay. My problem is the display of myself gives a black screen. If I change screen size or otherwise change the display, I can momentarily see my image and then it goes to a black screen again. What is causing this? Do I have something set wrong on my laptop?

But I'm still confused about when you would choose SCHEDULE OR HOST a meeting or are they both the same thing? Should I use SCHEDULE A MEETING to organise it ahead of the date and HOST A MEETING if it is for now? Not sure ! Can you please explain the difference?

Hi David, is there a way to isolate a participants box to screen capture? I'd like to document each students work--not the entire class at once b/c everyone and their work is too small. Is there a way to highlight one attendee without having to ask them to speak in speaker view? thanks

I think everything you described figured out. Have held a few meetings, but we are (I am) having trouble with the way we appear in the meetings. We can't seem to see all of us at the same time! Is there something I need to do as host so that we are all "there" - we can all see each other? Thanks. Your presentation was great.

Having issue with bluetooth headphones (using for meetings at home that need to be confidential or just to not disturb family in other rooms)...when i share a video (share sound and optimized for video all turned on), everyone else can hear the video but I cannot hear the video thru my bluetooth headphones. If i am not using the headphones and sound is directly thru my computer speaker, i can hear the video. Is there a workaround setting to make the sound work for a shared video thru my bluetooth headphones?

Thanks for the great video.. I just downloaded the free zoom feature for my church. Although as I schedule a meeting I don't get the option to use phone or computer audio. I know some generate call numbers with passcode to call in on. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

I am running version 5.2.1. About 1minute 50 seconds into the video it shows a link "Go to My Account". I never see this screen at all. When I start Zoom it goes straight to a screen that shows 4 short cuts - New Meeting, Join, Schedule, Share Screen. That was confusing but as I continued watching the video I saw the same screen later in the video so it still made it possible to figure things out but was still wondering how to get to the"Account Screen". Overall, I thought the video was very good. Thanks
