One question, for the bedroom comparison, if we are comparing a 3 bedroom property to a 2 bedroom property, wouldn't their values be very different considering that a 3 bedroom property will be worth considerably more than a 2 bedroom property? Even though this meets the 1 bedroom deviation rule, is it still acceptable to compare the 2 properties considering that fact?
