Thank you Jamil! I've been winning bids at Tax-Lien auctions and closed on a couple of good in-fill lots. Had no idea what they should be worth! These are not in big cities, so I think I'll adjust your % down a bit. This general standard percentage is a big help, thank you!

Great content as always . So if a property in a subdivision is so beat up that it's a teardown. We would want to contract the property @ 1/3 of what the ARV would be & also subtract additional cost for the teardown & cleanup ?

I just found your channel and immediately subscribed. Love what you are doing. Big thanks! I found a vacant lot on the outskirts, but it's landlocked so it's listed low and the agent already said they would negotiate. If I can get easement access for little cost, it might be a great deal! Any insight on this?

I currently own 3 acres. Land is being built up like crazy. Development nearby has homes starting at 400K. House and land are paid off. Been offered 1M and said no. Bought more land nearby on a corner lot, new homes being built, might sell that for the right price. Maybe 45-55K.

Thank you Jamil. My piece of land is a road that was never completed. It is between homes already established. Some of the owners have their fences budded up to the vacant lot and would like to buy it, however I don't know if it's worth going through a realtor. (Calif)

Great video! Im interested in raw land. What platform would you recommend to pull data? What are your thoughts on Datatree. What's your preferred mailing system?

I bought an acre of infill land and the houses around it are going for $350k - $500k. By your math, I should be listing for ~$140k??

For $350k homes: 20% to 25% of $350k is $70k to $87.5k For $500k homes: 20% to 25% of $500k is $100k to $125k So, listing your land for approximately $140k might be on the higher end of the range, but it could be justified if the location and demand are strong. It’s always a good idea to consult with a local real estate expert to get a more accurate valuation based on current market conditions.

You don't give them a price until they contact you and you can interview them about the land. When you get enough info to make a preliminary offer, tell them the price may have to be adjusted up or down depending on what you find when you (or your partner) see the property in person.

Any idea how I can use my vacant land in yucca valley ca, worth about 25k as a collateral for a down payment to any sort of real estate investment ? Any loan company I’ve hit up are looking for the minimum value of 50k in land. Thanks a lot

awesome info, i have land that is infilled in the city, but the homes aren’t new. would i just find the average for sale of the properties around and do 20% or is their a department i can contact to do an appraisal?
