i have done it even the sub domain is setted up but dmarc reports show spf fail

Your migration process sucks. Been a paying customer for years. Glad I was able to migrate my contact list and mail. You can keep all the campaigns since there's no option to migrate that (it doesn't automatically go to the new account! when you migrate, nothing goes with you everything goes back to zero!

I’m having a hard time getting my question resolved with MailerLite’s as well. I have a domain name. And a domain email address but it won’t let me authenticate the email address it. It’s giving me an error message saying the domain already exists.

Unfortunately, even though we own the domain, we have no email associated with it - we just use gmail. So mailer lite is not for us I guess

Hi Rick, all the major email services like Yahoo or Gmail require you to use a custom email domain. We recommend you using a custom email even if you use our competitors, otherwise, your emails will be flagged as spam www.mailerlite.com/help/google-yahoo-policy-changes-checklist

@@MailerLiteOfficial Thanks for that! We do own our domain, but I (as yet) don't have the access to modify DNS entries...working on it. Apparently the domain was purchased via Google and has since been taken by Squarespace. Meeting with the contact guy later today, hope to get what I need to modify things.

Mailerlite: "Contacting customer support via email or chat is only available in paid plans." "Before purchasing a plan, we strongly recommend confirming your account to enable email sending and site publishing." Me: "How do you want me to confirm the domain if I encountered an error with it and only those who have already subscribed can write in support?" That's stupid as it is.

@@MailerLiteOfficial Point is, the link and button doesn't work properly. It just drops me to the resources page and that's it. I'm a paid member but it doesn't matter it seems.

Hi, my domain is now authenticated, but I'm not receiving the email verification. I can't find any solution about this problem. I'm using OVH domain/mailbox. Did you heard about ovh blocking mails from mailerlite, or ovh need to be configured ? Do you have any solutions for me?
