Hello, my old play console account has been restrinted because i tried to verify my id a lot of times, they just told me to appeal and till now they just say that the document i sent cant verify my id, please help me, what could i do?
For personal verification, all the fields in the id need to be readable to pass. I think I sent a scan of mine, not a photo from smartphone. First time I had an issue with sending a "png" file, and next time with "jpg" it passed. Maybe a coincidence. I can't think of anything else except to reach out to the google verifications team again with detailed explanation - your exact steps, what kind of id document you sent, what type of document (scan, photo), be sure to check that everything is readable and ofc that your id is valid.
