Hi Kevin, The thing you didn't want to turn on is the old fashioned gas lights, the bump going down the corner of the wall will be the lead pipe gas supply. They are even older than the electrics you mentioned.

I have a question to you that you described investing overseas properties in Estonia, Bulgaria in the past were a wrong decision. Investors should invest in the city they lived.
