Last time when I called UKVI and I got to know that this service is not applicable to those who applied via VFS and had their biometrics done. Hence you get this error.

I think you should just wait for them to contact you. As long as your visa will still be active beyond December, I believe you’re good 👍🏾

If you did not receive any email from UKVI/home office, you don’t need to do anything yet

O don't know if the immigration have my email address because I didn't contact them about my status and since I have my ilr back 2007 and I didn't apply for brc too
