I would appreciate a tutorial on 360s (different variations with skim and surf) as well as shuvs. I've landed both, but super inconsistent. Shuvs, I always get the board to do the 180, not even bad foot placement, but still manage to just fall and not cushion the landing. Those two tutorials would be epic! Thanks Keen, you're the goat!
Anthony killed it!!! As someone who has been in the boat hundreds of times with you I can confirm that 99% of the time you get people riding. Great tips, good times 🤘🏻
just wakesurfed for the first time yesterday! it took 3 tries to get up but after that it felt super easy. i was lucky to have one of my friends helping me out with instruction and one of my friends in charge of the boat
AK help me with my 3’s! I ride skim with a fin and over rotate every time. So much so I’m closer to landing 7’s then the 360’s. Been struggling with them and shuv’s for years.
Austin - awesome video. Do you ever think it helps to attach the tower rope on one side of the tower of the other for a beginner? Or just leave it in the center of the tower?
It can definitely help pull people away from the prop wash, but the downside is it’s a little lower so will be slightly more difficult for the person to get up out of the water
so brand new supra se 550... brand new 59" kong board... cruising between 11.4-12.4mph... full bags... cant find the pocket of the wave to be able to surf. have to hold the rope. oh yeah, 6'6, 315lb... @helpme
So - I’m 6’ 185# and I have a slight physical disability. Inflexible at the hips. Getting into position almost impossible because I can’t stabilize the board to get my heels up. Is there a way to start from sitting or kneeling on the board?
