Hi Team, I can see it's format is pre recorded what does it mean? Is there no Live session or only previous recording? Also one thing I have attended this workshop last year it's worth but few things needs improvements specially Put money on the wall where lots of participants given logicalpoints on this I think that part should be improve so that everyone take the benefits fully. So train your to 1st sleep @ 9am it’ll take some time to get into that routine. It’s a gradual process…maybe bring that time to 10am n the switch to 8am😊
@@AyushSharma-xh5cz They said leave everything and hit the bed at 9 pm, that's not practical for a lot of people. I often have online classes or meetings at 9/10 pm. That's what I said

I really like the upside down method...the alarm ⏰ not to set for morning instead set it for night. To make the morning act of great effort as purely spontaneous 😊

Lshe sounds like ad we used to watch .. Main uth nahin pata tha .. aur maine he chamatkari medicine khaya ab main so pata hoon, uth pata hoon. Saans le pata hoon .. Too much of everything is bad. She tooooooo sweet. Im wary of people who are that sweet. Cant trust them.
Her:You would do any work just get to bed Me:Having my dinner, Studying for exams, Completing my notes It's good that our ancestors made this habit to wake up early in the morning but it doesn't mean that you should go to bed and sleep there are many people who come home at 9Pm so would they just go to sleep without having there dinner
Its a habit which you can start. If you want to be healthy and improve your immunity, try to get to bed latest by 10.30 pm. I did it for my childrens sake. They were sleeping late & would cry to get up in morning. Hence i started dinner by 8.30pm & by 10 pm would get ready to sleep, ultimately by 10.30 pm im asleep. Trust me you will not need any alarm to get by 5 or 5.15pm
Mai bhi pahle morning me jaldi nahi uth pati thi ab 11 :30 baje tak study karne ke baad pair ke talve me sarso ka oil laga ke soti hu to 5 baje apne aap nind khul ja rahi hai ab fresh bhi feel hota hai body Ye karne ko mere botany teacher ne sabhi student ko bola tha
Agar chain ki neend so na ek bar karlo usi time neend ajeyega , aur subeh jaldi uath gaye toe phir karlena , lamba time ho jata hai , subeh ka maja kuch aur hota hai rock ki tarah sakhat ho ta hai , ajma ke dekhlo ❤❤❤❤
I am waking up at 11 AM and sleeping at 5 AM. And I think I am more healthier than my neighbours. It depends on your life style and your food habits. that's it
Yeah right.. for someone who doesnt have to work night shifts or has no sedentary job or glued to their desks.. they can live like this .. this is impossible for corporate or call center employees... Please!! suggest something which is for all not for stay at home people..
I sleep or wake up really early since childhood.... But I can able to sleep unless I put earrphones and listen stories...., 😂 so loud music or silence it's justt your preference
Humko to offc se ate hue hi 8-8:30 bj jate hai! Work stress ho to jldi nhi soke hota hai, dinner b late hota! Not possible for ppl having stressful worklife!

Sleeping at 9:00 PM and waking up by 5:00 AM is not a big deal.. which easily covers 8 hours of sleep.. We need tips like sleeping just for 4 hours that is almost equal to 8 hours of sleep..
I cant sleep before 2-3am as I have my studies...like I tried sleeping at 12am and wake up early in the morning for studies but even if i decided to sleep at 9pm I will surely wake up at 7:30-8am.. thats what the thing is😅
