Dani, In the 2 weeks since this video has been posted, I have started taking B12 in the morning after workout. Before taking this pill, I would come home and be exhausted. I would have to take a nap around 10:00am each day. Now, after the B12, I can go through the whole day easily with not being tired. I sit in an office editing wedding videos all day and taking B12 has allowed me to not stop my editing. Please keep these videos coming - Even if they are makeup tutorials.

Went out and bought a bottle of B12, it really does help with waking up in the morning. I'm a nanny and it just gives me that boost to get my day going that much faster and not be so groggy.
I would love some more videos on overall health. My new years resolution is to eat healthier and get more exercise and overall be more healthy. But donr leave out my taste! Love ya girl!
