Last week, while at a 4 way stop, I was momentarily frustrated with someone who didn’t go when it was their turn. I made a hand gesture and a grunt noise, and immediately felt God/my higher self laughing hysterically at the absurdity of myself. I then started laughing with Him and it was the hardest I’ve laughed in a long time (almost to tears). God has a great sense of humor.. You’re right Aaron, we can always find a reason to be happy.

I asked Snow White for advice on this because she always seemed so free and innocent and cheerful. She told me that she used to wake up feeling ‘Grumpy’, but she has learned that whenever she wakes up that way she simply rolls over and feels ‘Happy’.

I just laughed for 10 minutes straight! It reminded me of this time when I was depressed and was asking God for help. That night in my dream I laughed and laughed and woke up in a laugh, depression gone! This is your best video yet well maybe not but for me it was! Dude I love You! So glad to hear you talk about humor....so many great spiritual speakers and leaders are so serious and I always wonder....what happened to the joy? the fun? laughing at one's self? Strangely enough, I have started to sing to myself this past month upon waking up. I'm not a singer. But the song that comes to me every time is, " Oh Happy Day", from the movie Sister Act II. I wasn't even thinking about it, it just started to happen and I became aware I was doing it. Same phrase over and over as I don't know the rest of the song 😂

Wow, thank you so much for this blessing guidance dear Aaron. You remember me that being happy had always be my natural state. My glass has always been half full not half empty. I always noticed that people change their state of mind in my presence, even before my spiritual awakening in 2020. I realize that I am taking this too seriously sometime. I went through a lot of dark nights of the soul, obligatory passage, but now my frequency upgrade so much, I feel more light and love in my heart, so since last year, I decided to go with the flow of life, and I need to go back to this natural state of mind of being happy, laugh abundantly and not taking life too seriously. 🙏🏼🫶🏼✌🏼 Namaste ❤️‍🔥☀️🌟💫✨💥

The ego needs to escape the present moment, to distract itself from all that it finds unbearable, or fault with. Gratitude for what is brings us into the Present moment, which is Eternal, because the Present is the Presnece of God. The ego cannot willingly enter into Gods Presence, because it denies God. Therefore, it must deny all that is of God, which is why it is the fault finder and the judge. But the one underneath/behind the ego can. God's Sons and Daughters can. I am grateful for this moment, and each preceeding moment that lead to this moment. Thank you Aaron, for guiding us all back into God's Presence. 🗝💫
