I used to force myself to smile all the way to work, in my car, even when I felt really yuk. By the time I got there, I was so happy. I felt I could conquer the world! Thankyou for reminding me. Now I am retired, I still need that change in my feelings.

Since my 50-day juice fast God has really been speaking to me about changing my mindset and I wasn't sure where to start(besides the Bible). I just got done writing down the five things successful people do before 8:00 a.m. And that was an amazing start. I will also start listening to these wonderful things that you have posted below. I'm so so thankful for this free information and is so timely. God is so perfect like that!!

Lord please help me forgive ppl that say my testimony isn’t true. Jesus save me. I want to give up. Jesus I PRAISE you! Even as I’m struggling providing for my children. I’m so discouraged but I will keep faith because faith is all I have left! I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I have two beautiful boys both are special needs. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. I started homeschooling them due to bullying. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets but yet I still praise God. Thank you Jesus.

How to wake up positive this is a great topic sometimes I wait up trouble don't feel good. sometimes wake up thinking about the whole week like things I have to do and place I have to go. and woudering if I am going to make it but I've been trying to strat my day positive with praying reading my Bible read to chapters of a book or more reading motivation quotes. but I'll still struggling with negative thinking so thank you for touching on this powerful topic to help me I really appreciate you taking your time to helping us in many ways thank you God blessings be upon you always.

My wife when we were dating told me when I ask her why are you always smiling she said act like you feel good when you don't and it will come true I must have enjoyed frowning cause when i accidently see my reflection I think to myself what are you so mad about and make myself smile i would look so unapproachable
