How to wash and starch topi step by step|

After adding the cornflower mix liquid in boiling water, again we have to make it boil or heat or just mix it and then cool down

After applying kalaf.....Should we dry the topi then wash or wash immediately after the starch.......? plz rply

Bn after washing topi on wet topi itself we have to apply kalaf or drying it

Why we use that white powder or cornflour starch....? Does it makes topi look more whitish ..? whats the reason..?
