FYI ladies, if you have very curly coarse hair, wet the hair first, separate into 2 sections on your head and add lots of conditioner first, then use a tangle teazer or boar bristle denman brush on each side and brush through with it wet with conditioner, this will be so much easier to detangle, hope this helps!!!

Hi business is ok were in U.S., and were only allowed 25% capacity so that means slow, so i keep up with the regulars, my salon is small but trying to make it work, thnx for asking. 😊

That’s good hopefully will get back to normal soon I’m currently working on a lot of digital content and content to teach stylist how to sell digital products as a second income we really need it at the moment

How do you wrap relaxed hair at night with tape ins to maintain the integrity of relaxed hair and to keep from having to use so much heat on it?

You don’t wrap hair with extensions in my love just loose hair band and cover with scarf

Umm I think it really depends if they use a lot of products then maybe weekly washing but most ladies I suggest every 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks to clear product build up from the scalp. We as black woman need moisture in our hair but to much prevent growth xx

Could you show a video washing and drying natural type 4c hair with yakki extensions ? The textures are so different when wet, how would I cope with this ? This is the the one reason I’m reluctant to get extensions done.

Sure but most of our 4c ladies have a texture release for that same reason without it the hair reverts back so quickly and need a lot of heat that can damage the hair over time. I will defo try to get a video done like this when the salon reopens

Is a texture release a keratin treatment/ Brazilian blow dry?

It’s keratin based but no hard chemicals, you go under a steamer or drier with a cap twice so keeps your hair hydrated throughout the process, Rinse off so not blow drying it direct into your hair like keratin and you can use oil base heat protector unlike others. Not sure how made this product but I love it for black and mixed hair
