I feel very blessed to be able to buy fresh eggs from a nearby neighbor. Thanks for this info although I rarely clean eggs from them. Yesterday I got a few that look like they need to be cleaned.
Someone just gave me some clean appearing, eggs from their personal chickens. I don't see any debris and don't know how they were handled. However, I worry about bacteria. How is it that only warm water does the trick?
@@FortunateSon I wouldn’t worry too much about it, the bloom keeps bacteria from entering the shell. Just don’t eat the eggs undercooked and wash your hands after cracking. Oh and don’t eat the shell! 😉
@@FortunateSonI don't worry about it, yet your question has made me realize that I could let them sit in colloidal silver that I make & use for a large variety of things. ☮️💞🙏
@@mdzafar2482 the inner membrane is selectively permeable. When the egg is warmer than the water you wash with, water(and soap) along with any bacteria on the outer shell get sucked inside.
