Aoa.. I tried this method today. The meat did lose smell but not completely.. thanx alot for the tip .. i will use it again whenever I cook sheep. Maybe I should put more garlic than what you have said.

I tried it too but I also trimmed the fat since the smell comes from the fat

Try to leave it in lemon ,salt vinegar water overnight in refrigerator and soak in flour for one hour .

You can use malt or white vinegar, both will work well.

Bought $35 worth of lamb curry cubes got home very disappointed it stunk. So I’m hoping this gets rid of smell. Thanks for sharing this 🙏🏻 I’m going to marinate in plain yoghurt plus spices etc over night after following this cool method.

Why chicken meat don't have smell but goat and more with buffalo meat . The smell is too bad on cooking.
