What I did is a lil different cus I use a velvet durag but what I did was I did my final rinse , cleaned it after I rinsed it I put on my durag quickly after , I didn’t do my final rinse with my durag on. I left my durag on until my hair and the top of my durag was completely dry. My results were really good. So yea you rinse it with the durag on if you can , but if you don’t have a silky just do what I did
