Disregard my previous message, I already figured out how to navigate and play my RU-vid videos in my Mazda screen, I don't know how to skip the commercial when the option is given, don't know if even possible, I hope there is a way, but in the mean time, my kids are so happy watching videos while I'm concentrated on the driving.

It didn't work. I completed all the process but latest Android auto app launcher don't show this custom app in it so can't open it on my honda CR-V 2018 screen while connected to Android auto via wire. Till the time the carstream app is not available on the android auto app launcher, it won't work on the screen

I tried this but Chrome was sending me spam notifications and I had to delete everything then now I'm back to normal but I had a really dig into my phone to delete that stuff. I wonder why there's a billion videos of downloading this but nobody talks about how it installs malware on your phone that's totally not cool

I installed carstream just like your instructions, but when I connect to Android Auto, it doesn't show up in the list of apps

There's no need to uncheck auto update as I updated Android Auto and carstream still works

Hey Gary I have the same car you have and when I do every step you said when I jump to my screen that app isn’t there only apps pop up are the Lexus, Apple, Audible maps, phone and settings so what am I missing

Gary- I have watched all your videos on the NX- I am about to place an order for NX350h. Your videos have been influential to my purchase- THANK YOU again. My question that you probably dont know the answer to- would the screen size of the YT Vids be the same on the 14" screen? Looks like the 10" screen that you have is a 4:3 "Square" screen while the 14" screen is widescreen- and the possibility of the RU-vid viewing screen being smaller on the widescreen than the 4:3/ I have NO problem getting the 10" screen if it shows the RU-vid vids larger. I had a (beautiful) video hack on an old Mercedes S Coupe that I owned 4 years ago- and the videos looked (and sounded) amazing- and was not a distraction to me- we have a lot of traffic jams between Austin and San Antonio and "watched" a lot of DVD's LOL. Thanks again for all your videos- this onec I really want to make happen in my new NX. ONly problem with the NX? Colors are less than cool. 1 gray choice- Dark- 1 Blue choice. I am going with the dark gray metallic. Not my favorite but oh well. Thanks again- and I assume that Apple can work if they have the same software?

Does this work on 2018 on a 2018 NX300? It doesnt have a touchscreen but it has a track pad.

only works for Android 11 and lower, dont try with android 12 because android has blocked it even with AAAD 1.4.4, unfortunate cause it was awesome to have
