I tried this drape for a friend's wedding. I looked so elegant, all put up. I travelled a long distance yet when I reached the venue it did not even needed adjustment. I got many compliments for the drape. It looked unique , traditional n modern all at once. I just love your work

Superb method hai mam aapka saree draping ka mujhe neck ki surgery hui h aur neck ko fix kr diya uski moment ko khatm kr diya to up down, left right nhi hoti isse mujhe saree pahnne m problem hoti thi jb se aapke method ko follow Kiya ab no problem saree pahnne m thank you so much mam 😘

Love your video s I m fan of trying different way draping saris from my childhood. When I was in India use to help bhabhi and Aunty to drape sari at age of 10 and me and my sis use to be exited to try new mums shopping of sari as soon as she brought at home in our childhood time . Now i don’t wear saris but your video s giving me lot of excitements back to wear it .

5:43 Hello Dolly, I have watched many of your videos and tried a few of the drapes! I agree, we need to revive the art of the saree! I am 62 years old and live in the US and have just started on this quest! I had to watch a lot of videos to learn how to wear a saree well! Please keep making more inspiring videos. I do have a request is to have the person wearing the saree drape it on themselves as that is what most people actually do. Also, if possible demonstrate how to show the body rather than the saree in a flattering light. Another request- any ideas on how to wear different blouses to stay warm in winter. I would love to make the saree an everyday outfit. Thank you!

Hi Dolly, great fan of your channel. Could you please show this particular drape with more steps. I managed to do this style with someone’s help after a lot of trial and error. It was hit at the functions I attend. All my friends wanted to know how I did it… and I forded this video to them. But the fact remains that I couldn’t do it by myself… without anyone to help. The regular mermaid style is much much easier. So could you please explain this drape in more steps please. Thank you

Looks very modern yet classic. Can a heavy saree (with stone -embroidered borders) be worn like this? Can you suggest ways to drape a typical heavy saree with heavy stone and zardosi embroidery laces in a more modern way which shows off the work on the saree and yet is comfortable?
