HOW TO WHEELIE A BIKE ! 

Hey man I have a bmx coming in but the main reasons I can’t wheelie good because is because I stand up right before I wheelie but then I try to sit on my seat my bike comes flying down and if I do sit down the next thing that happens is my bike comes flying back so please I need help

Thanks Fams My issue was the pre load bc im using a bigger bike now so imma try the 3 step method to get the pop into the BP faster thanks for the lesson.
