Saturate before tucking? If you do that, you're ruining the structure of the cotton early on. Tuck before, while it's dry, so you won't squish your cotton or crush it, as saturating the cotton will force it to condense together and not loosen back out. So, if you squish the cotton leads while wet, that cotton is just gonna stay squished, and not hold a much juice. After inserting your cotton, fan it first (remove some, thinning it out with tweezers to hold more liquid), THEN tuck while the cotton is fluffy, THEN saturate. And then, after that, you should definitely fire and burn the juice away, re-saturate, burn that juice away again, and then your cotton will actually saturate quicker.

It's called the Funky 230W from Aleader. They went out of business several years ago. It's was a low budget box mod at the time while better options were still available for around the same price.
Not really recommend and not as easy to work with. Also some brands might not safe for vaping. You need 100% organic Japanese cotton like Muji Pads that can be found cheap on Amazon and you can get enough to last a year for $10. Or you go the more premium route and buy cotton brands specifically designed for vaping like a bag Cotton Bacan for example. You get less for about the same price as Muji Pads on Amazon but it's generally better quality cotton with little to no funky cotton taste and doesn't break down as fast.
yeah look different than now. now days, we saturate the e juice and fire, saturate and fire, repeat 4 - 5 times, then the first vape we not taste the cotton at all. flavor 99.9% on the first puff
