It’s every video though, and in your earlier shows you emphasize that it’s not about you trying to sell your products it’s about you giving high value content (which you do). Yet there’s a prerecorded ad in each one. An organic promo here and there is what it is. Constructive criticism bro don’t get uptight about it. I should add that I buy $500 worth of your Umzu products a month. Go check your subscriptions. My only beef is that it’s mid video every video, put it in at the end or have it at the very beginning, I’ll be ready to skip it. But I’m driving to work listening and the ad comes on every video after you said you’re not about that.. I take you as a man of integrity and thought you might be able to take criticism better.

All but number 4 come naturally to me and even that is subjective. 😅 I'm probably the least competitive, goal focused, disciplined, athletic minded, prioritizing, person with impulse control I know. When I do focus in on a task it's always something that comes natural to me. I'm not "right-brained" but I'm very creative.

The thing I'm working on the most right now is controlling where my mindset is. I will have creative/motivational sparks to go out and get shit done, but the simplest thing gets in my head and derails that spark. A few reoccurring things like girlfriend issues, self doubt, self-worth, and feeling like I'm stuck on a hamster wheel in my day to day life constantly try to throw me off course. Through your videos I'm finding ways to course correct, and acknowledge my every day accomplishments, and build on it. I have a consistency in the gym, with work, and certain habits around the house. I'm trying to push further every day, and find my direction. Lord knows I don't want to be a truck driver all my life, living paycheck to paycheck.

Bedros, you are AMAZING! You are my favorite motivator. You talk such common sense and you are so wise. I wish other men were like you. Thank you for trying to wake the men up and encourage them to be masculine. I am single and have been for over a decade because I can’t find a masculine man! Lol the men I meet have no discipline, they don’t eat well, they don’t exercise and they don’t find solutions and try to help humanity. Lol they expect me to do all this! They also expect me to cook, clean, take care of the entire house, organise everything and they want me to go 50/50 on my birthday meal lol. I’m looking for a husband with your mindset lol

I was born with gifts but without a doubt not born with some inherent ability to succeed at anything. It really does take ethic, hard work and skills. Discipline is probably above all else and it's EXTREMELY difficult for me. 😅

Mr. Keuilian, Hey whats up, how are you? Me, im just hanging in there. A friend of mine just came out of the closet and he said it took alot to tell people and wantec me to keep it a secret. But sometimes i just say "what the hell" and tell 1:35 other people, it wont hurt anyone anyway.

Setting the goal is the hardest part. I disagree with you though that if we don’t have a goal we are losers as long one is trying to develop his/her purpose.
