I've been playing this strategy for a few years. I bought his DVDs a while ago. To caveat for other viewers, do like CU says and check the articles on the indicators... It will save your butt. Also, he only risks three units per shooter, so once the 6/8 or first come hits, then the fourth goes down. In his article, he uses a hit on 6 or 8 initially as an example, then you can go straight into four numbers. It was confusing at first as to how you get four numbers working but only risk three units. With a three unit risk, $150 is enough for ten shooters.
That seems like a more conservative play as well. 5 shooters ain't much time on the rail. Can only get my drink ordered in that time. I will have to try this one out for sure.
@@bmeyerkc if you learn the indicators and be patient. You will be on the rail for a long time. Won't win a ton, won't lose fast. Usually can leave happy. The worst thing is having politely tell every dealer... "I don't want odds 'yet'" They go bonkers when you don't take odds for a bit on 6/8. You'll often get unsolicited craps lessons. Most shooters will get you back to $30 or $35 before the 7.
Thanks for your comment! I have a question on this >"Also, he only risks three units per shooter, so once the 6/8 or first come hits, then the fourth goes down. " What do you mean by only risk 3 units per shoorter? Thanks
This video was the best approach to my reality at a regular day in a craps table! Haha but I still had a fun day with this strategy, keep it on! , Saludos desde Monterrey, Mexico
Tried this strategy out today and ended up +$340 ($5 table), BUT I forgot to bring the 6 and 8 down after those numbers hit so I was playing more aggressively (unknowingly). It worked out! Enjoy the videos Jeremy.
I hate it because you're not maximizing with odds on the come bets. It would be alright if you were playing the pass and backing it and the come bets with max odds. But... that wouldn't be too "low bankroll" I guess. Still a great video though!
Well he does suggest building up to max odds, I just never made enough profit. Be interesting to know what results would be had I maxed odds on this particular roll.
I would of loved standing at that table ....field was killin it ..ive had good luck on the field..i think i can manage this system ..thank for the tips
It's really meaningless...if the strategy works or doesn't work in this simulation...if it works here that doesnt mean it's gonna work when you try it in the casino...and vice-a versa...if it doesn't work here in this simulation..that doesn't mean it's gonna be a loser in the casino.
Add this to the “strategy I was not impressed with until I did a practice session”. I just “won” nearly $300 using the $150 bankroll on my first attempt at this. So ......color... me impressed 😂-it also helped that I had two huge rolls of 20+
You kind of summed up craps on your first three rolls. Doesn't matter what strategy you use if the dice is cold you ain't winning. Its a tough game but the best game ever invented.
Bet the pass and don't pass line on the come out and then the house has no advantage and you can lay odds on each number rolled before a 7 or the point comes out. For example, shooter comes out with a 5, you lose your pass bet but your don't pass bet wins. Now the shooter either has to make the point [5] or roll a 7 to end the roll. The odds of rolling a 5 on the second roll is 11% and rolling a 7 is 16% which means the shooter will probably not roll either thus giving you another chance to lay odd on. On the third roll the chances of rolling a 5 are 30% whereas the chances of rolling a 7 is 43%. So it is possible another number will be rolled so you can lay odds. On the 4th roll the chances of rolling a 7 is 52%. It is just math. Here is the math (5/6)4 = 625/1296 = 48% chance that you will not get a 7 on 4 rolls and a 52% chance you will. Explanation: When rolling 2 dice there are 36 possible outcomes. Only 6 will result in a 7 being thrown, so you will not roll a 7 5/6 (83.3% ) of the time. So 4 rolls of the dice are as follows: 5/6 X 5/6 X 5/6 X 5/6 = 625/1296 = .48 (48% chance you will not get a 7 on four rolls of the dice) and a 52% chance you will.
Tried this on a $5 table today and i never really got any really hot shooters, but I also never got in trouble. Ended up up $100 overall in two sessions, but the last 2 hours of playing I just kept hovering right around my buy in amount. That’s definitely better than being down $100 though. My table people were definitely unsure of what I was trying to accomplish at first, and tried to push more odds bets, but after they noticed I was never really losing, they really helped keeping me on course. Fun night overall.
I love this 6,8, come strategy... They way I do it i... I only risks three units per shooter, so once the 6/8 or first come hits...I then place the next come bet.If I come to the 6 or 8, I use the place win to put odds ....I do not come again, until I win again...Because I only risks three units per shooter.... If the shooter is rolling a lot of craps and/or 7's and/or 11's, I wait till the next shooter.... I check colors after the hot shooter 7's out...
I went to the casino with $40.00 bank roll and kept betting the field and had a lot of good payouts. Watch your video from like 7:00-9:00 if you kept betting the field you would have won a lot lol
Hey, you got new subscriber! Is there an online free craps game you recommend for me to practice these strategies? Im a new player, going to Vegas in 2 weeks, so I thought Id learn craps!
Everyone craps videos talk about $5 tables. In the northeast ive never seen less than $10 tables is $5 really that common in the rest of the country. Even in ac ive never found a $5 table
Using Heavy's indicators on shooters saves a lot of money on losing rolls. Similar to the 5 count you are seeking live shooters. I would never invest more than one place bet on random shooters unless I am on the Dark Side. I understand the need for action in the video format.
I'm on the fence about this strategy because if you're looking for tells before hand all that really means is you're looking for a hot table or a table that isn't ice cold. So any strategy, besides an entirely dark side strategy would work on a hot shooter...
I thanked you on another one of your videos for explaining the point bet on the white pass line border, but I want to thank you again for something else. "Thank You" sooooooo much for keeping your intro short. No loud music, no epilepsy triggering cuts, etc. Just a nice short, clean intro. 👍👍
Just ran this strategy in Hollywood Florida Seminole Casino. Won $120 on $10.00 table.…. 😊 once you get a long roll, all bets are contract bets (from Come out) and can’t be taken down. As long as you keep 4 points running the system works. Had fun and made money. Thanks Color Up.
While I understand the come bet, im not very fond of them myself. Ive been practicing another method you showed in another video where ill play the dont pass and field on the come out, if im lucky and get a field number ill place the 5 and 9 with that because im placing the 6 and 8 regardless. If its not a field number, though its probably dumb ill still place the 6 and 8 and Martingale the field, if it wins ill collect half and place the 5 and 9 then the goal is to just stay there. Once im back to normal ill start pressing and maybe use some singles on the hardways once im up a bit.
When you enter the global casino , you will get confused with your bank roll. It is toursit business. Consider the loud music, drinks , and players. The casino do not like when you win big amount of money. I wouldnt bet fire bet . The longer you play , the more chances you lose . It depens on how well a shooter throws the dice.
This is a sound strategy but one I did is every now and then if I had gut feeling a 2 3 or 12 was coming next roll, and I'm up a little. I'd put 5 on the snake and 5 on trey and 5 on the dirty dozen and another 5 on the yellow street
Craps Strategies LIVE oh man, a Vegas meet up with all the RU-vidrs would be awesome! I would make that trip in a heartbeat. They have a meetup for for all the Vegas/gambling podcasts every year called VIMFP (Vegas Internet Mafia Family Picnic) I think that's what it stands for and they have Vegas 360 also. I have not made it yet as it typically at a time when I can't go. But it would like so much fun!
Craps Strategies LIVE we are usually in Vegas around March or early April, we try to go to Blackhawk around November. I bet we could get it going really easily.
I think I would do the pass line to get some front line winners and place the 6 and/or 8 depending on the point. Then one or 2 come out bets again depending.
I see a lot times you'll call a number and say my dice rolled but it was a six.....If the dice are on the table I would think the number would be what is after dice are stationary. If they land tilted on corner and table that's one thing but if it's part of the dice throw why would you say it anything other numbers that arecshowing.
I get that you’re showcasing a strategy based on live rolls but at some point during the creation of the video wouldn’t you think to yourself, well I just did nothing but sit here, point seven and lose for twenty minutes, maybe I’ll re record this so I can actually show the point of this strategy
Nope, I don't re-record strategy videos. I explain how they can potentially work in the beginning. The live rolls get one chance and it is what it is on any given day. All strategies can win sometimes, no strategy can win all the time.
I got a Vegas trip coming up in 3 weeks and am definitely gonna try this strategy. Although I never buy in as low as $150, or $300, I love the potential in this strategy.
@@aokijannick7616 the night i used this strategy, I was down $25 or $30 after a 2 hour session. Not too bad, but it was very streaky. I was in the green as much as $200 and in the red as bad as $100.
@@bradepperson4460 no surely not...but a small loss (like in this case) or a nice win is of course not guaranteed...I would use another strategy for craps...but still trying to figure out which one
Hey, Jeremy. How you doing. I noticed something a few rolls later after the fact at 12:04 you pulled the 6 place bet down like a come bet. Haha. I know you didn’t mean to.
Well a come bet moves onto the 6, so i would pull place bet down, no reason to leave both. Thanks for time stamp, was helpful to see what you were talking about
Why not just bet on the first come out roll? It seems to me like you are more likely to win on the come out than lose and if neither happens, you already have your first number.
Tim Wilson you know, I was wondering that myself and I think the reason is that you CAN’T bet the come bet until the point has been established. (I assume you were referring to betting the come bet)
It's AMAZING to me that you STILL DON'T want to protect your Pass Line and Come bets by putting up a MEASLEY $1 on the Craps bet for the $5 table, and a MEASLEY $2 bet for the $10 table!!! By NOT doing that, you just pissed away a LOT of money that should NEVER have been lost to the casino!!!
Measly $1 to protect a $5 bet? Let’s look at math. 4 out of 36 rolls you will lose $5 bet to craps roll of 2/3/12. That’s $20 in 36 rolls by not protecting your Pass bet. That means the other 32 rolls you lose the craps bet for loss of $32. $32 to protect $20 is an extra $12 lost to casino.
@@JoeFerber Sure, when a crap number rolls the insurance bet pays off. But it is "insurance" just like in real life. the premiums will be more than any payout over time, thats how insurance companies make money. Also how casinos make money, if craps number rolls, they will pay out, but over time, and proven mathematically, they will collect more on the premiums or insurance bets. It's a good bet IF a craps numbers roll more than they should, but if it craps numbers roll to probability or less, its a bad bet.
@@JoeFerber you are welcome to disagree. The math is the math though. Fact is it’s more expensive to use the higher house edge bet to hedge the low house edge bet “over time” It might come out in player benefit in short session, but in the end casino is happy to sell that bet and make extra profit. Good discussion thanks.
Anytime you “color up” you are exchanging smaller denomination chips for higher. Doesn’t mean you are winning necessarily, you could have a bunch of 1 and 5 and color up to 25 chip :( when I mention in my videos I’m hoping you are exchanging for 100, 500 or more :)
I feel like this strategy doesn't really pay off until you start betting odds, all you're getting just even money and even then you're risking what you won and could lose it right after.
That’s correct not much upside, nice thing is not much downside. when I played it this week it was nice to win or lose a couple dollars per shooter, but on medium rolls, got my money invested back and it was comfortable to then use winnings to press numbers, or add odds.
Closest one to strip is Ellis island behind Paris casino. Since pandemic and they were only allowed limited players prices increased. They may come down some now, but on the strip probably never below $10.
I used to start with 120 dollars inside by putting 30 on each inside numbers. After the first hit I withdraw my bets and put 54 dollars across and press three or four times then collect and press or put off after five roles. With this strategy I win one day and lose another because I miss some monster rolls and lose money when a schmuck seven out from first through. I don’t think Craps is a profitable game. They need to change the odds and tell us the true odds of the game. Also I wonder if u beleive in dice control ? Or what dominator and other people say ?
Of course it’s not beatable. The house short-pays you whenever you win a bet, except for the free-odds bet, which is a break-even bet in long run, but serves the casino goal of busting the player out, tapioca😢
You should try $160 across, working on the come out. collect 2 hits and come down to $64 across then just collect until 7 out. Easy to follow and survive the 1st 2 rolls and your good to make money.
Bro I just got back from my first time playing craps and I was able to turn $100 into $300 using this strategy. It was a $10 minimum table the lowest out of the four tables. It was different because when the dice rolled numbers they would raise whichever card was on those numbers and it would be the numbers on the cards added up. First time I’ve ever left a casino actually making more money than I took out of the atm.
Congrats on the win, and welcome to craps. Sounds like you were playing in California...as they use "card craps" Beware just like any strategy, there is no guarantee to win... I played this strategy this weekend and came away a loser. Just depends on how the dice roll that day.
the one thing i REALLY didnt like about this strategy was when the Come bet landed on 6 or 8 and you pull down your odds - so you traded your $6 place bet that paid 7:6 for a $5 come bet that paid even money - rather then just leaving $5 of the place bet there as odds. It also feels super odd to be playing Come bets with no odds - instead of doing something like place the inside numbers - collect until you have collected $22 then start placing come bets. It just feels like you are trading your 7:5 odds on the 5/9 for the hedge on first couple rolls.
Yes, but you get to hedge your bets if a 7 rolls. It was a payoff that help me. Good point don’t know how you can get around it, unless you just add the $1 to an odds bet … May it can work on bubble craps .
@@ColorUp oh gotcha. I'm Colorado born and raised, I figured you were in Colorado by the hat and hearing you talk about Blackhawk on a few different videos
Any strategy than involves having line or come bets but no odds is automatically a bad strategy. Might as well put a Big 6/Big 8 bet out there while you're at it if you're really interested in winning less money than you should.
@@ColorUp I was being sarcastic, because big 6/8 is a waste of a bet just like playing the line without taking odds is a waste of a bet. I wasn't suggesting anything, I was just being a turd.
This strategy you are supposed to build up to adding odds, but my rolls never lasted long enough. You can add odds immediately if you like, and adjust the strat to your liking.
@@lesbolstad speak for yourself. Does it prevent the 7? No, but it can delay it just yesterday I used the 3v set and rolled for almost an hour won over 2 grand
