If you place x in a corner and the opponent places in the middle, you place in the opposite corner. If your opponent places in a corner you place x in the last corner and win,but if the opponent does not place in a corner it's a draw Hope you understood that all😅
Uhm btw u can still win with the opponent placing middle but.u.would have to be the first to.start all u have to do.is place the second x on the square opposite ur first x in the diagonal then of the remaining corners just place another x in either corner and u have 2 win cons they have to block
You can also use the middle or top middle, bottom middle or right or left sides middle and if you chose the middle, you will win if they don't go on the corners and with the top middle you will win if they go on the bottom left or right corners, or left middle or right middle and for the other middles, flip your view of the board to make your first move the top middle and do the exact things.
Actually, if the opponent puts smth in the center and your is in the corner, you can put on the opposite corner (like creating a diagonal). If the opponent puts the figure on the left or right middle, just make a draw. If the opponent puts it in the corner, now it is your time to shine.) Cancel his diagonal and now you can make to lines.) Good luck, mates. (sorry for bad English and mess instructions)
@@hayond656 I start top left, then opponent goes center. Then go bottom right. After this depending where your opponent put their mark you go the opposite corner then you win.
@@chrispham6599 Yh, it's a game where you connect 5 with a go board. Connect 4 is pretty similar too but I think there is still a draw method if both players are too good.
It's simpler to start in the middle when you start. Then if your opponent pick a side, you place in one of the corners adjacent to that side, to force them to place another corner (to try stop you) then you complete your moves into a L shape by placing in the appropriate side. (appropriate compared to your previous moves) If your opponent go corner, you go the opposite corner to try make them pick a side and resume the above strategy. If you're not the one starting, it's much harder to win, because most people do play middle as a first move, but as long as you don't play side, you can at least avoid loosing. It's a lot easier to just remember: - Never side yourself. - if enemy side, corner them away and then L for them. - If enemy corner, try to push them to side, and try to resume the L.
I figured that as kid 😂😂😂 always praying " No please don't put it in the middle no pls no!!" and my sister after loosing man time started to gasp from my facial expressions that i was too sensitive of her placing in the middle. Good times.
Important for this. If your opponent starts and goes into the corner, you place yours center, then they put their second one in the opposite corner, you have to put your second in any edge field and not into one of the two remaining corner fields:
I remember figuring this out in 6th grade while being extremely bored in math. I challenged so many people in my class that nobody would play anymore. It's like a magician's trick, once you know the secret, it loses the fun.
You can’t win tic-tac-toe unless the other player makes a mistake. It’s a solved game- it’s trivial to prove that it ends in a draw if you play with even moderate competency.
@@WasephWastar true, but tic-tac-toe is one of the few games that’s solved. As in actually solved- every possibility has been gone through. I think the most complex game that’s been solved is Checkers.
Another way: Step 1: choose any corner, hope that the opponent chooses the middle Step 2. Choose the opposite corner, and your opponent will most likely choose another corner Step 3: choose the last corner, you will get a double cross and get ez win Like if this worked!
One way found has some success is if you do the corner first and they go in the middle, put yours in the opposite corner of your first one. They'll usually think they can already force a draw and will likely put theirs in a corner. Then you put yours in the final corner and can easily win afterwards.
except, they are more likely to use one of the side squares. You can talk about most situations as if they normally think they can already force a draw. You can put one on the left or right side, then have them place one in the middle, and then you placing one on the top or bottom. They likely think they already made a draw, and if they literally put one anywhere that isnt directly adjacent to your pieces, you win. Literally all TicTacToe wins are due to a single mistake. First one wins or draws, second one draws or loses. If you win as the second one, your opponent literally doesnt know the rules of tictactoe or they gave you the win. I think they should change the rules of TicTacToe that the second player is allowed to place 2 pieces at the same time in the end. Lets say player 1 is always X, and player 2 is always O. X will never win by laying the 9th piece, assuming both parties play perfect. HOWEVER, O could win in a LOT more scenario's if they could place the 8th and 9th pieces on the board.
