I have to clear two points 1) if gnm is done in enlish medium in india so no need to write ielts or oet for texas .bt you are talking about nclex so nclex we have to write or not required any exams for texas to work as a RN in US. 2) any age restriction is there for indian nurses to work in Us as a RN .
