@@AqleemAbbas U can do it as long as you have the seq. Follow the allignment in the video than follow my comment to get the identitity matrix of your sequnces
Probably not useful to you anymore, but maybe to someone else; You can just copy them to text editors, like notebook in windows. Save them, and then you can open them in bioedit
In the absence of a better comprehensive editor, I still like the features of BioEdit. You have so many options in it, unlike many other tools out there.
