Another reason why Maaz’s videos stand out and are unique in his own way: I personally haven’t seen a learning experience video from an animator, or most RU-vidrs in general. Seeing how Maaz made this type of video in order for his audience, no matter what age, to learn something very important in life is just mesmerizing. I was lucky enough to have *one* teacher from many years of school to explain these topics very well and show its importance like Maaz did, so seeing this video from one of my favorite content creators just makes me certain that it will help many, many people.

I’ve only been doing animation for a year and a half but here are some things that may help. If you plan on getting a new drawing tablet I advise you to get a huion kamvas pro 12 or 13 (13 is bigger but not nessesary) I have a 12. It has buttons on the side for you to customize your short cuts. I use krita to draw and animate because it’s free and fairly easy to use, the brushes are pretty straightforward. And remember that it takes a while to get comfortable with animation. It took me a year to find out my stile and what route I wanted my art to take. I also had to get comfortable listening to my recorded voice and figure out how I wanted my script to sound. I’m still not done with my “first video” because I scraped a LOT half way through the process. I am only now able to animate without having the urge to throw it all away. It’s also really hard if you tell your family members that you started animating because they want instant gratification when this kind of thing takes time. Anyway I hope this helps and remember to never give up!!

@@MetaGiga I'm a graphic designer, we had to do a bit of illustration in school on graphics tablets and I DESPISE using them, many prefer them! I found it MUCH easier to draw when I got an iPad! BUT, because it's a tablet and not a computer, you won't have the same capabilities accessing apps. There is an option to use iPads as a graphics tablet (which will mirror your desktop) but so far, i've only found paid apps which allow you to do this. The sidecar option built into IOS only works as a second display.

6 months later... I’ve grown 😎. I do my own animations, I’ve taken your advice and use (Adobe)Portfolio (not wix, sorry 😅) to create a portfolio to show to future clients! A nice tip with this sorta thing is to imagine things from the other person's perspective. If you're about to send an employer your resume, first read it as if you're them and judge yourself. Think about what they actually want from an employee, what things might come off as unsuitable, what experience they might expect, etc. If you'd reject your own resume, there's a problem either with the way you're presenting yourself or your current desires and knowledge. Of course this is easier said than done, as it can be tough to notice flaws with your own stuff, but it's incredibly useful. Heck, if the job's really important to you, give your resume to a friend and ask _them_ to judge it as well.

Honestly, this makes a lot of sense. My other friend is a small youtuber, making her own content, and she often gets some requests (and people who spam) to collaborate. Even though she's a relatively small youtuber, (about 150 ish subs) she tells me its very annoying when people just ask her to collab, with no context. And its probably Especially annoying when you're a famous youtuber. (Same reasons) And Maaz, dont worry about being "unapproachable" youre doing great, and im guessing you just want someone who's professional, or knows (atleast) how to write a good email that will seem appealing the the person their asking to collab with. It makes sense why you want that. You don't want to just randomly collab, and the person uses you for subs. Maaz, You are making good content, and I hope you keep going.
