If you wanted to close the opening, you could take some gift tissue paper and tape it around the top of the bottle to conceal it. I think this is more for people who don't care if the bottle of wine is a surprise but just want to hand a festive-looking bottle.
who buys a bottle of wine as a personal gift anyway? this is more of a social gift than personal gift. The label is still covered so the surprise factor is still there.
Ok, so how do you wrap liquor bottles that are not perfectly cylindrical in shape to where you cannot see the top of it coming out like this? Similar to concealing your liquor bottle in your liquor bottle video?
What I would do is, make the paper long enough to cover the glass AND the straw, roll the glass up in it so it looks like a long tube, then fold the top over and tape it, hope that helps
True, but sometimes going to the store to buy a bag will be more time-consuming if you already have gift wrap and a bottle of wine at home. It would take me way less time to do this than to drive to the store, park, pick out a bag, wait in line, check out, drive back home, etc. It's nice to know there's another option.
