jennifer smith I’m still doing research, I think a lot of what we eat contributes to our chemical imbalances, if you can explain it to her in this way maybe she’ll accept it better. Mental illness has such a stigma in our community, and Dr.’s are taught to put a patch on all illness instead of healing us. Lol me too. I edit my own books. Have edited and published my own. I'm in the early stages of my book publishing journey but eventually with persistance and action I will achieve my goals.
Editing has nothing to do with fame...it is the quality of the finished product and how you present yourself to your customer. It will be hard to get repeat customers or referrals if your book has editing/grammatical errors. It is challenging to edit your own book because your brain begins to overlook errors because you’ve seen the manuscript so much.

I was saying that I'm not trying to become a famous author and I'm not looking for recognition from my first book which is why I said I don't plan on hiring an editor or spending any unnecessary amount of money when all I want is just a finished book as a self accomplishment. There’s a lot of mistakes that the writer doesn’t notice so it’s best to have fresh eyes look at your book. If I read a book and I find errors I’m judging the author and will probably stop reading the book . It’s about being professional not famous.

You begin with prayer first and then write an outline; like she said. It doesn't have to be a formal outline because it's just for you. Start with Chapter 1 you can name it or you can wait until you've written your major points you want to discuss. Move to the next chapter and continue. Once your outline is done the rest is easy. You can sit down and follow your outline and the book will flow. You can change your outline during the writing process if you want. Next, you'll just need to find the time to complete it. I just launched a RU-vid channel (TheNutCaseCaseyNicole) which focuses on my journey of "getting to know" myself AND trying to help others (specifically moms) feel less isolated about their life decisions. My book is a fictional story about an elf named, Virginia. It’s a very long story, so to summarize: her cousin, Elloy is next in line for the throne, but becomes possessed by evil spirits. Princess Virginia lives in a garden that only allows sinless and innocent people to live there, but she has to leave, considering, her cousin lives in a kingdom named Fecilliar. She does in the end save him, but through saving him, she also looses her innocence and becomes “too sinful” to be welcomed back into her garden. Thus, earning the name “The Sacrificed Princess” (don’t worry guys, there’s a sequel! She’ll get her happy ending soon!)
Hello, I am writing a book regarding my experience dealing with 2 of my son's becoming addicts. 6 yrs of me tracking them on the streets. During this period, I had been assaulted and beaten, robbed multiple times, two cars stolen, and other traumatic situations. My hope is that it gives hope to other parents dealing with this, both of my sons are clean today. Thank God. My book is mostly poetry
I am 14 and I have liked to write books since I was little. I have never actually finished a book but i think i could do it. I don't know where to write my book though. I use wattpad because i don't know where to write it where i could make it an actual book. I wonder if I could publish. So if anybody knows where I should write and what steps I should do to help me make my goal to publishing my book.
