Good question! No time to make a new video, but you take each of the points that you wrote in your introduction and write a paragraph for each of them in the order you listed them in the introduction. Start with a phrase like: one reason, one example, one way, one kind, etc. Give evidence to support your point, and then explain why that evidence proves your point. So it might look like this: One reason dogs are the best pet is because they make great faithful companions. (Tell more) In fact, because of their companionship, they actually extend the life of the elderly. (Evidence) According to a recent study by....... (Explain why this proves your point) This shows.... (More evidence) An article by Doggone Good in the New York Times stated...(Explain why this proves your point) As this demonstrates, dogs can,,,, (Now summarize your evidence and tie it back to your reason in the topic sentence) Clearly, dogs are faithful companions that can even extend the life of a human.
I always find myself coming back to this video when I gotta write conclusions.You’ve been there since middle school for me thanks 🙏🏼.I just turned in my essay it’s due at 12:00AM and it’s currently 11:51PM!!
Essentially,in writing conclusions for an argument essay,the goals for the excersize must be born in mind.We should start by restating the thesis using short strong word, adding the expected good impact to the situation and what we expect the reader to do. This will also depend on how wide our target audience is, and in any circumstance, our position is clear strong and simple. Thank you.

your video is very helpful. I am currently working on making an argumentative essay. After watching this video it found the way out to make a better solution. Not to mention english is not my native language so it's ready hard for me to write an essay. thanks a lot
This is a great video, and I am using it in my class; however, a few tweaks would make it better. First, I need to remind my students that they need to stay in third person. The sentence before the last one is in second person. Second, the sentences that are put together with commas form comma splices. These should be semicolons instead of commas. The good points of this essay outweigh the two items that need correction, and that is why I will use the video. Thank you for putting this together.
