Here is a good structure for information in the mail: 1. Tell how you got to know them. Having a contact person helps 2. Praise the company and tell them how they change the world and what not 3. Tell them how you can help them (this is really important and overlooked a lot) 4. End on a good note 5. Don't forget additional contact information Make sure to start with small companies or startups untill you got a known brand I've done a few sponsorships, but all of them were companies contacting me so far

My man Nold. Do you know much about COPPA regulations coming to RU-vid and how it will affect every RU-vidr on January 1, 2020? Could you or George make a video about this please? Freedom! , It might sound easy to do a letter and if they do agree to meet in person, some people might find it hard. So just from an idea in mind from us, you should do one about. What to do and what to say during the face to face business meeting after your proposal. Then in the video, you should give them tips, pros and cons on and things they should do in order for them to improve and remember, not everyone in this world is perfect. Regards Funfair Rentals

So we're just going to not address the COPPA situation here? As you know the creators don't have access to personal data, yet YT told the FTC differently. Which may result in a lot of people signed to your MCN in trouble. Feel you should message every creator signed on to Freedom to message the FTC directly, to explain they don't sell or collect data and the current law planned is to vague. Also to sign the petition. Thank you for your time, as this is a serious situation.

@@freedom Thank you, for getting back to me even if the reply felt very scripted. Not on your books, but you know FTC gave YT option for a 3rd general audience choice. Which was ignored because they were worried about "profit margins". Time to speak up about this. Anyways, I'll take you up on this offer, though not even lawyers know what to say on the vague COPPA wording for the most part.

@@freedom That's the issue, as the laws to vague not even lawyers are able to help out here. Only way to potential resolve the issue at hand here, is to directly contact the FTC. Otherwise, if it fully passes then say goodbye to a lot of creators & earnings sadly. So please spread the word, as best you can.
