I submitted columbia, but i talked about how living in a rural location kinda held me back from trying new authentic foods so i turned to the kitchen, there i made fusion foods. And through this, i learned the power of open-mindedness, which i tied back to columbia and learning my peers' favorite dish. is this an ok idea?? edit: i guess it wasn't a community essay, more of how a lived experience has shaped you. will this be fine for umich community essays?
Is it fine if your community is more unofficial and doesn't really have a name? Would you just give it a name or what? For context, my community is a small one with people from my guitar studio that love exploring different generes (acoustic & electric) as well as the more technical aspects like sound acoustics, amp-systems, and even sound engineering. Awesome video by the way!
