I think this series was made for me!!! I am trying to unlearn the bad habits and learn the good ones. I’m at 225ft drives and have a goal of 300. Can’t wait for the next episode!
Thank you for this content. I’ve been playing about 5 years. I didn’t start really working on form until about 1.5 years in. So now, I’m trying to retrain myself. Unlearning all my bad habits. I plan to utilize these videos to help fix my bad form. Keep them coming!!! Greatly appreciated.
The value of the windmill drill is to get you to twist your hips and lower back till your upper body is facing backwards right at the moment that you're taking the last step forward. This student wasn't twisting his hips (except for once) during that drill, and might have helped to point out the goal. Also one thing related to this, try looking *back* at the same time. If you're fully committed to the twist, you can't see forward anyway, so no reason to try to keep your head turned as far forward as you can. Twist and look back while planting the front foot to load up the tension in your body, release tension.
