You can zoom in and zoom out in CapCut PC. First, start by making sure your clip is highlighted in the timeline editor. Second, go to the right hand side and click on add key frame. On that first key frame you need to choose at what zoom in scale you wanted to be at. You need to have multiple key frames that go in between zooming in, and zooming out of the scaling of the video.
The CapCut video editor is an excellent and cheap way to learn video editing. You can download it for free and be exporting high definition videos by the end of the day.
