How to Zoom with Scroll Wheel in GIMP without CTRL modifier

Thank you! The default UI in Gimp is just bizarre. Why would anybody want the scroll wheel to vertically scroll an image? Makes no sense!

Excellent video. Would you know how to assign my tablet pen upper button to 'Undo'. At the moment it invokes the 'Move' command. I am using Gimp 2.10 on a Mac. I am using a very old Wacom Tablet GD--0912-r00 V1.2 (Intuous) via a serial to usb adapter and TabletMagic. All works fine with the tablet and pen except for not finding a way to make the change I am seeking. The pen nib works great for selecting and drawing including pen pressure. The lower button acts like a right click (displays a context menu). The upper button invokes 'Move'. The Eraser also works when I turn the pen over. (TabletMagic allocation for the side switches is restricted to Buttons 1 to 5 or Single Click, Double Click or Grab/Drop. The tablet does not explicitly show up in the Gimp 'Input Devices' but Gimp displays Core Pointer, Quartz Cursor, Quartz Erase and Quartz Pen. All are allocated to Screen. I do not have a mouse wheel. The' Input Controllers' displayed are Midi, Mouse Buttons, Mouse Wheel and Keyboard. I have tried adding settings to the Mouse Buttons and the other options but these have no effect. When editing the Mouse Buttons the options are for Buttons 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 only. Any suggestions to allocate 'Undo' instead of 'Move' to my upper pen button would be gratefully received.
