Exactly. Technology has made heartache worse and for celebrities, well, has always been that way. You have to go through a bad enough situation to get how difficult it is. She's amazing, wish her well.

@@jennevans85 Sometimes technology can (painfully) assist a person to accept that a relationship IS over. Or confirm what you suspected. You see a photo of your partner on another's FB page. With all the sickening, happy comments 😢. You read the cheating text messages. You see photos of your ex, with your kids, on the new partner's IG. It 100% shows you the picture that your situation has changed, and there's a new reality. Maybe not one you chose. But denial is not so easy with technology!

@Wendy Hannan Went to see " Muriels Wedding " in our local Cinem, with my sister, shortly after she came back from living in Australia for two years. It was a great movie, and I've actually watched it recently again, and loved it. Toni seems so down to earth. I agree, hopefully she will find love again. Regards from Ireland 🇮🇪 💚

@southbug27 You make some good points here about celebrities + their private lives and children + breakups + media coverage. There've been some awful, lowdown examples over the years! (We could all easily name twenty straight up.) /However, I think there were steps not mentioned in this video. First, they'd been separated for a chunk of time before announcing their divorce in 2022. Their children knew the family was changing well before the Daily Mail photos were published. I would bet they'd even met the new chiropractor lady. 2) As a successful actress, Toni would have people on her team to help manage the news of her divorce. (Agent, Publicity Rep, PA etc.) I believe the details released were "managed". One photo of hubby with his new love - and Bang, it's all out in the open, everybody knows, and there's no false gossip or rumour mongering. Hell, he probably got paid for that photo!! Again a guess, but I believe Toni and the kids probably knew of the photo ahead of it's publication. Thirdly, you can't underestimate the challenges, or erosion of a relationship, when one partner is known around the world, always in demand for her work, and often away. After twenty years, maybe he was done with that lifestyle. Their children were older, and perhaps he wanted a partner who was more available. /Anyway, that's my read. An ending is always painful, especially when he already has a new relationship. They both seem like authentic, caring human beings, Good luck to both .... and watch out for Toni's work. She could pour some of this heartbreak into her roles. An Oscar would help her transition!!!
