Good job Ritesh Bhaji. At least someone dare to talk in favour of such police personnel who are suffering from decades due to out of turn promotion scam. I know some police personnel who got out of turn promotions and now are on the rank of Inspector or Sub Inspector and let me tell you about their extra ordinary performance, one was cook, one is masseur, one is son of an orderly of a senior officer, one is taking care of ducks and he is not only got out of turn promotion but also decorated with President medal. This is a remarkable judgement but I know nothing will happen, respondent will go to double bench and then Supreme court will kill time by the time these out of turn promotes will become DSP or SP and get retired. This will be the conclusion of this case because in Police department you can't go against the Senior officers. Moral of the story, petitioner will retire on the same rank and will also loose their hard earned money for paying lawyers fee and time too.
