With this build, he can be offlane hero

situational build. if enemy doesnt have low cd crowd control hero like bara in this case, this build is not gonna work like what topson did

@@aswHUNTER I've actually had this build myself for about a month. I mean I'm not high ranking obviously, but I find the hardest part about this is really just the build up to those items. It still works if it's not bara or Lina, a lot of hero works, in fact morphing into just about any sup can make u a better version of that hero, except the ult. If nothing really works, which rarely, especially how in higher rank people would actually think of draft. Im just in average rank if im not playing rank, people would pick any hero they want, so the enemies I get are even more unpredictable, then I'd just go for the nukes, its a better version of shot gun morph because of the cd. Man I was really hoping no pro players starts playing that oct str morph. I doubt it's not going to get nerfed. Ive been getting reported because people thought picking str morph is useless and when they see my oct queued up they start griefing. Actually I don't think people watching this video realise how op it can get, like truly broken op, I just hope people still think str morph is stupid so I can have my fun. when you play enough of it, you'd know what I mean. I really doubt it won't be nerfed once this become popular.

@@holohulolo im not high rank myself but i completely understand of how spamming spells can have high impact later in the game. but the build itself is still really situational and its really depend on the mid matchup. i just dont want player that only see topson do this and starts to do what he did but not looking at enemy draft or their teams draft. its even worse if some1 try this build in safelane morph cause morph safelane going agility is a million times better. it is fun tho having a zero cd global stun that pierce immunity and has aoe 😂

Na it's not useless I been playing it in 9k more a 4/5 though. It's all about the cd reduction which works for people you morph too. It's definently only good in certain games but it's fun

The downside is too much for 5k and below to handle. Im archon and this build is quite the hassle for me 😂. Hard to lasthit and wrong timing while switching ult gonna get u cooked.

Topson said it on an interview when they won vs Quest. Hope he really brings this to TI (and win).

not good because almost 0 armor + far away from tower, also no melee hero shield. against agressive carry like ursa slark etc and stun supp he die easy. better mid bc 1v1 and can gank with Q and ult

you can but why? Look at topson build and tell me why you are considering right click build? This is NOT a right click Facet build. The whole purpose of this build is to lower your CD. If your CD is so short, you are NOT going to be right clicking because you are going to be spamming spells. If you are just going to build attack speed and right click then why arent you just using the Agility Facet? You really need to understand morphling to understand why it is a terrible idea to go strength morph and build attack speed. Even if you were to go such build, Mjolnir+Assault Cuirass is NOT enough attack speed. The attack speed on a full strength morph is really bad. The whole point is to use the high damage to win laning phase then proceed to build CDR and morph+spam constantly.

Just because he is strength does not mean you build Strength/armor/attack speed. If that was the case, why dont you do that for Pudge? Centaur? You need to learn how strength morph work and how the CDR work. I did not put word in your mouth, you just dont seem to understand how bad it is to build Strength Morph as a right clicker. Do it yourself if you do not believe me. I have tried thousands of game and it is bad. Agility Morph = Right Clicker and Strength Morph = Control/Initator/Tank. What you are suggesting is equal to someone picking Pudge and going Mjolnir+Assault. It is that dumb. Can it work? Yes but it is still bad

Morph can regen by going max agi then back to str. Gives about 40% health

It's so that when he loses hp in agi mode he can gain hp back by morphing to strength. Then when he lose hp in strength, he disengages from the fight, goes back to agi, then shifts back to str for more hp. He's not greifing.

He's also dealing damage with agi adaptive strike because he's playing a caster build. He has 3k hp agi mode, he deals more damage with his spells than right click in str.

He could do the same thing but haveain stat of ag and 100-200 dmg more. Check dotabuff str build have win rate around 35.

Probably because its good stats but also comes with armor and attack speed, both which he would be very low on when morphing STR.

dps is almost as good as a Drow ranger on 6 slots.
