In a Keon Coleman draft breakdown the analyst was very critical of Norvel offense and the lack of route variety that he and Johnny Wilson ran. Mostly fades and comeback routes and only 32 slants on the entire year. Also lining up Johnny to the solo side a lot to get the one on ones which i was critical of as well.. Do you think that can hurt recruiting for the 5 star elite receivers that we haven’t truly gotten yet. And do you think Norvel offense is to vertical ? When you’re running for 200 yards a game that’s fine but our passing offense was not on point later in the year before Travis got hurt.
@@JohnnyBushwhacker-yv6bc I mentioned recruiting for a reason. We will also have less talent on offense this year so I would like his perspective because he goes in depth about offenses. 13-0 was great but you don’t rest on your laurels you always look for ways to improve even when your successful that’s life.
ALL THE ALABAMA PLAYERS TAKEN BY NORVELL WERE 3RD 4TH STRING. AND ALABAMA PASSING GAME WAS NOT THAT GOOD. DJU AVERAGE AT BEST, WR AVERAGE AT BEST. OL DL LINEBACKERS AVERAGE AT BEST. MANY LOSSES COMING NEXT YEAR.
