In Denmark, we are conscripting women as well. And in all honesty, it has had a very positive effect. Women do bring new perspectives to the table that help problem-solve in strategic and tactical situations. And to be clear, our conscription is quite different from the Ukrainian or Russian strategy of just getting any healthy person of age with two hands. Or even the American volunteer way of having recruiters be incentives to just get as many people to sign up as possible. A lot of people who are told to show up for conscription are outright denied if they show disinterest.

I think you will find many Ukrainian women joined up when Putin began his 'military operation'.
