I am a resident of ghaziabad and I was always very curious about the fact that why had so many alcohol shops opened up suddenly near the area I live in. You could find an alcohol shop at every 3-5 mins distance on this main road. There is now even an alcohol shop just at walking distance from my home.

Ponty chaddha's father kulwant singh chaddha started a shop selling Fish Pakoras outside a liquor shop which is nowadays known as "Imperial Tiraha" in Moradabad. His grandson had a red coloured Swift back in 2005 when we were in class 12 which had a DJ on its back seat made by removing back seats of the car. That Maruti Car must have been in Millions,whenever he would roam around the streets of Moradabad it sounded liked live DJ from far away which made all of us mesmerized. He has a big Haweli @ Pili Kothi Moradabad. Legends say they had 26 Mercedes lined up in their house back in 90's. The guy who killed Ponty Chaddha has its Haweli @ Bajpur Uttrakhand roughly 45 miles off Moradabad. I don't know anyone of them but being from Moradabad I have very closely watched/observed them since my childhood.

Proud to say, I have never drunk any sort of Alcohol in 20 years of my life as a guy. And Never will. I have seen too many families destroyed and Alcohol was the main culprit. Gen-Z is the soberest generation till date and I'm proud of that. As a resident of Ghaziabad, UP, I can testify to the facts stated in this video are absolutely true. It was a standard practice in UP to give 20-25rs more than the MRP even while buying a quarter of WHISKEY. Then everything changed after YOGIJI came. And the talks in town were that YOGIJI finished the Nexus of Ponty Chaddha.

Solution is not ban liquor, it will create more problems as bans can't be enforced for population and state in India for such a addicting commodity (observe the events of American Prohibition) I think that formalizing the liquor business under a good government policy should be way forward with opening up of de - addiction centers and hospital, like what some American states are doing with recreational marijuana

just sayin but The boost in alchol revenue is due to the ban of alchol in Bihar. People often smuggle liquor from Uttar Pradesh and sell it in black ofc and Even though on a daily basis 100s litre of alchol is caught but rest still make it way in The state of Bihar.

She died mysteriously after having bad blood with mafias and politicians. This is an example of failure of democracy, especially when powerful political leaders can basically take law in his/her hands (still an unsolved case).
