How Wüsthof knives are manufactured 

I'm disputing these knives are "TRUELY forged" as they've been stamped from a "sheet of metal". These knives are more stamped than forged. I agree the process is more blurred with the introduction of automation, but are these knives truly forged? I don't think so.

It’s german and cool and all but holding and feeling a Japanese knife made by hand from scratch is just different. And that doesn’t cost that more…

If I pay £80 for a knife I want a human to make it, not a robot.
