Even the former is not so distant from the long term average. When Apple was the current BRK-sized $1T cap it added +$2T in 1.75 years and NVIDIA +$2.4T in 0.75 years. The big ones can still ignore the speed limit.
His early career enjoyed some serious tailwinds though... the declining interest rates were the most nonreplicable aspect of his early investment approach.
