i dont know if o sensei already learn about islam or became moslem. but if o sensei believe there is one being creator than is have similiarity with islam. in islamic teaching there is "assalamualaykum" its greeting for anybody you meet, and the meaning is "peace be upon u" . very similiar with "art of peace" right 😁
In India it is shakti and similar in Chinese Shen spirit or any other cultures. Tummo is the same KI. Reiki pranic or deeksha or healing or energy work is all based on the same energy shen or spirit. Normally humans are at third dimension and there is no bridge between heaven and hell, means no bridge or entry from three d to higher dimensions .
