So instead of focusing on doing a complete DFY work we should do a DWY and use the hybrid install offer method where we still charge the same price and ask for their help in order to achieve the desired outcome. Goal: Price ⬆️ cost ⬇️ = high leverage (high profit). Well said 👌

quick question regarding your last video about RU-vid TOF discovery ads... don't these In Feed YT ads hurt your channel? I tested them and I noticed they drag the average channel watch time down... which is bad for YT. Am I right on this?

Great question! RU-vid has come out and said that they have different algorithms for views from ads than views from organic (as recent as the last 12 month). As with anything, it’s worth a test to see how it impacts your channel!

I run a RU-vid ads agency and what I tell my clients about infeed ads to drive subs/views is to just take the high performing videos and then reupload them as unlisted. That way low retention doesn' t mess with organic reach. Also it allows you to run different thumbnail + tittle combos. What converts better on ads is usually different than what does well on organic.
