Static balancing isn't enough, it should be done on a balancer with high speed.

hello. how do you know how much material to take off? ive only seen this done using a grinder.

How does that equal a balanced impeller at running rpm ?

What if your out of balance 180 degrees on opposite sides?

Not even rough balancing

Looks like a paramount impeller. Had to beat a stack of 5 one time. Funny thing was the whole pump just ended up being cast iron paste and was pretty much scrap....not so great for saltwater with no coating
