Sad part is the people to click on a video like this are usually already on the right track or in the right mindset. The ones that really need this knowledge would dread hearing the truth. Like telling an overweight person about the benefits of excercise
All streams seem to lean toward the bullish side. What preparation is in place for a redirection of the market if we go into a realistic correction, or a long overdue bear market? Covered calls potentially cap some upside, but how about protective puts? Several years of accumulating gains should also highlight how you intend to keep those gains in the event of a down market. Also, important to indicate or suggest a liquidity position - I.e., how many months/years can you avoid drawing from investments in a correction. I mean, election year, brewing conflicts and mounting federal debt - what could possibly go wrong ?
Of course with that much earned income you guys would easily be able to invest that much! Lol. How about the average folks?!? Please at least acknowledge that your situation is like 1% of the American population. You realize that there are some of us that literally live on less than six figures.
Our goal is to help share what we have learned through the course of our journey… from making 30-40k at the start of our careers to where we are now and what we continue to learn along the way. Everyone’s journey is unique and different and we respect that.

Although I still work, I’ve have more than one source of income (multiple) for so long, I couldn’t imagine going back to relying on just a 9-5 or in my case 8:30 to 4:30 😂 income.

Thank you for explaining covered call strategy. For your investment income, when the fund pays out capital gains to you, you do have to pay capital gains tax on those gains. I think you're describing change in investment value (which can go up and down) vs. capital gains. And, yes, if you sell the security, you will incur a net realized gain or loss.
