Yeah 3m is the limit for me …but you are right, low wind makes it more enjoyable and staying in 10-12m should keep you away from the breakers

North of River mate. Whether it's Hillary's. Ocean Reef, Mindarie or Two Rocks, I hear of people doing great out of all these ramps. I think they all fish well.

I meant are you North or South of the two rocks ramp, I normally go north as I get more shelter from the reef, I only have a little boat
